Jennifer Craig - Financial Coordinator

Jennifer has been an enormous part of Palena Dental Arts since 2002. Jen first worked as lead assistant and later moved to the front desk as the financial coordinator. She knows every patient by name! Jennifer and her husband Darrin have two wonderful children, Mason 15, and Madaline 10, together they enjoy camping and quading trips to the beach.

 Kelly Kemp - Patient  Coordinator 

Kelly joined our team Fall 2009. She brings fun and laughter to our team! There is no one in Clark County who doesn’t have some sort of connection to Kelly, whether it is through her years of dentistry, soccer, or football. We all consider Kelly our personal fashion advisor and critic! She spends her free time with her husband Jeff, and her son Christian and daughter Maddy. Christian plays LaCrosse at Kingsway and Maddy plays premier soccer with FCSC Nemesis. We love Kelly.

Katie has been an important member of our team since 2002. Katie graduated from Clark College Dental Hygiene Program at the top of her class! Katie not only has a wonderful smile but a great heart. All of our patients comment on her joyful and gentle demeanor. Katie and her husband Daniel enjoy hiking, spending time with their family and friends, and taking care of their cat Leo. Katie's passions are travel, cooking, and decorating.

Shelley Miller - Dental Hygienist

Shelley has been practicing Dental Hygiene for about 30 years. She has had a wide range of experience in family dentistry, periodontics, cosmetic dentistry and prosthodontics. She worked for fifteen years in Klamath Falls, Oregon, then in downtown Portland for thirteen years and now practices in Salmon Creek, less than five minutes from her home! She has worked for Dr. Palena for 3 years. Shelley has been married to her husband Mark for 35 years and has two wonderful, grown children. Matthew is in seminary, and Rachel teaches Special Ed. at Lake Shore Elementary School. Shelley also has a wonderful son-in-law, Isaiah Wyckoff. Shelley spends her free time cooking, enjoying friends and the outdoor adventures the Northwest has to offer.

Raelene Enochs - Lead Assistant

Raelene joined the Palena Dental Arts Team in 2004. As lead assistant she is Dr. Palena's right hand girl! Raelene has 5 beautiful children, 1 boy and 4 girls!! Last summer, Raelene's family reached an all time high of 19 members!...ok, that includes her dogs, Kona and Roxy's 10 Great Dane puppies! Rae enjoys snowboarding, sunny places, and spending time with her family.

Melissa Newbury - Dental Assistant

Melissa joined the Palena Dental Arts team in June 2009. Melissa received her  Certificate from Portland Community College in 1998 and has been assisting for 15 years. We love Melissa’s compassion and her happy energy!
Melissa and her husband Ryan have 2 beautiful kids.
Brenden is in kindergarten and loves T-Ball , and Madison is in pre-school. She loves spending her free time with her family!
